Brian J. Lundin had a vision to establish a mortgage origination company providing honest, personal and professional service to clients. In November 1984 that vision became a reality when he opened Lundin & Associates, Inc. in downtown Noblesville, Indiana.  Since that time the company has grown to include three branch offices and sixteen employees.  We are licensed to do business in Indiana and Illinois.

As a mortgage origination company, we are approved with many different investors which allows us to offer a variety of loan products and programs to our clients.  Mortgage companies cannot always afford to have retail offices in every city or town so they work with origination companies to expand their business.  Because we are a mortgage origination company our interest rates are almost always lower than banks, credit unions and retail mortgage companies.

We offer a wide variety of mortgage products and programs to our client.  Our experienced loan originators work with the client to determine the best mortgage product for their needs.  The loan originator stays in close contact with the client throughout the entire process; from the time the application is taken and also accompanies them to the closing.  Our professional, personal service has benefited us over the years with a sizeable customer and referral base.  

We are proud to support many local organizations and charities in the communities where our offices are located.  Some of these organizations and charities are: Marine Corps Toys for Tots, Noblesville, Westfield and Tipton Chamber of Commerce, Noblesville Main Street, Clermont Lions Club and Merchants Association, Noblesville and Tipton Boys and Girls Club, Relay for Life in Hamilton and Tipton Counties and in Danville, Illinois; Vermilion Advantage, Executive Club (similar to Chamber of Commerce) and the annual Festival of Trees.
